European power plug
Is there a European plug? The short answer is no, but .... Several types of plugs are used in Europe. The most commonly used type is C plug (Europe except UK, Ireland, Cyprus and Malta). The Type C plug is often referred to as the Euro plug. This plug has begun to be replaced with newer Type E, F, J, K, or N plugs and is compatible with the C plug.The type C plug is not earthed. It has two round pins. These pins have a thickness of 4.0mm - 4.8mm. It can be used with devices that require a maximum of 2.5Amp.
