Power plug type B
An electrical socket & plug type B are used in: the United States, Canada, Mexico, China,

This type of electrical plug is grounded. It has two flat pins (one of which is smaller) and a third round pin is for grounding. The grounding pin is slightly longer so that the device is grounded before plugging in. The type B socket is designed up to 15Amp. The type B plug is different from the type B socket in Japan.
